Heritage Renovations
Purchasing an older house over 50 years old or with architectural significance can be a real dream – until you come to renovate it. Our team has developed significant experience in sourcing heritage materials, varied building techniques required to produce heritage standard renovations and navigating the multiple levels of approvals, inspections and compliance required with heritage listed houses in Canberra.
One project we worked on delivered a MBA award winning outcome with our work on a house that was well over 100 years old located in Hall. We dismantled the house that had been attacked by termites, restored the structure and pieced the house back together using Victorian era features and building methods.
