Braddon Outdoor / Indoor Transformation
Working on a 1930’s art deco house in Canberra’s quickly transforming suburb of Braddon, our brief was to create the ultimate entertaining space without losing any of the unique early 20th century architectural features of the house. The result was a full immersive outdoor space that was segmented into zones for young children, teenagers an adults to enjoy simultaneously without being on top of each other.
Hall Village Heritage Restoration
This project delivered an MBA award winning outcome with our work on a house that was well over 100 years old located in Hall. We dismantled the house that had been attacked by termites, restored the structure and pieced the house back together using Victorian-era features and building methods.
Malua Bay – Beach Side Rennovation
Working with views of the ocean everyday was a treat for our team as they gutted the house, added a new colour bond roof, new external cladding and installed new windows to capture the magnificent views. The plans had us install a new stairwell, bathroom and kitchen in addition to all of the additional internal feature upgrades.
